US5000, US5000C and US3000C use Pylontech's CAN-bus protocol, which is natively supported by Victron, Deye/SunSynk, Growatt, Goodwe, SolaX, Voltronic, Solis and most modern hybrid inverters. We'll confirm compatibility before shipping.
How long do these batteries last?
Rated for 6000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge — roughly 16 years of daily cycling while retaining 80% of original capacity. Covered by a 10-year warranty.
Can I mix US5000 and US3000C in the same bank?
We don't recommend it. For optimal BMS communication and cell balancing, stick to identical models in parallel. You can run them as separate banks on the same inverter if needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Batteries ship via certified lithium-compliant freight (UN38.3, IATA). Lead times and duties vary by destination — reach out before ordering and we'll quote exact costs.
Do I need a professional installer?
For a full solar + battery system: yes, use a certified electrician. Litrium batteries themselves are plug-and-play on the DC side, but AC wiring to your home must follow local codes.
What's included in the box?
The battery module, power & communication cables (DC, CAN, RS485), rack-mount ears, and a quick-start manual. Rack cabinets and inter-battery cables are sold separately.
