We don't recommend it. For optimal BMS communication and cell balancing, stick to identical models in parallel. You can run them as separate banks on the same inverter if needed.
No we only ship to United kingdom. Batteries ship via certified lithium-compliant freight (UN38.3, IATA). Lead times is about 5-10 days within UK
For a full solar + battery system: yes, use a certified electrician. Litrium batteries themselves are plug-and-play on the DC side, but AC wiring to your home must follow local codes.
