This battery uses Pylontech's CAN-bus protocol, which is natively supported by Victron, Deye/SunSynk, Growatt, Goodwe, SolaX, Voltronic, Solis and most modern hybrid inverters. We confirm compatibility before shipping.
How long does this battery last?
Rated for 6000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge — roughly 16 years of daily cycling while retaining 80% of original capacity. Covered by our 10-year warranty.
Do I need a professional installer?
For a full solar + battery system: yes, use a certified electrician. The battery itself is plug-and-play on the DC side, but AC wiring to your home must follow local codes.
How is it shipped?
Via certified lithium-compliant freight (UN38.3, IATA). Lead times are 3-5 business days domestic, 7-14 days international. Tracking number provided as soon as the shipment is picked up.
Can I parallel multiple units?
Yes — up to 15 identical units in parallel for a total of 72+ kWh. The integrated BMS handles cell balancing automatically across the bank. Use only the same model in parallel for optimal performance.
What's the return policy?
30-day return window for unopened units. Once installed, returns are handled under warranty terms. We pay return shipping for defective units.
